Comments : Our two previous dogs, Brenna & Shah, were Miniature Pinschers & I was looking at what information the NZKC had about them. As we now have Chihuahuas, I followed on to look at their information & came across your impressive website. Since our Min Pins died from old age, we have homed rescue Chihuahuas. The first one was Bat, a 10 year old that had fits. We gave her 5 months of love, until 3 fits in a row damaged her too much & we had to make the hard call. Next was Lucky, retired from a breeder at 8, we had him for 2 years until he went blind & diabetic, another hard call. We then bought Zane, a one year old with a wonderful laid-back nature & a few months later, we bought a 9 week puppy who we named Jasper. Jasper looks just like your Chips Of Ebony. Five days ago, the pound called us about a 4 year old Chihuahua that needed re-homing & that she had problems in that her teeth were broken & diseased. We were her last hope. She is curled up on my lap as I type & is getting her teeth done in 2 days time. Her name is Rewa & we hope with lots of TLC, she will come out of her fearful shell & blossom. We thank you for such a nice website & sharing.
