Sorry we’ve taken so long to mail you, but life just seems to get in the way at times. We just wanted to say a big ‘Thank You’ to both of you for all your assistance in our decision.

Your wealth of knowledge, weekly photo updates of Rocco’s progress and allowing us to visit him at 6 weeks made all the waiting a wonderful experience.

We are so happy with your advice and the choice we made. Rocco is exactly what we wanted. He is gorgeous, well behaved and a real little looker! Turns heads everywhere and gets so many compliments. He is quite an energetic little boy and rather mischievous, keeping us on our toes with all his little antics which makes us laugh!  We love him to bits! Once again, thank you so much for everything, your on-going support has been fantastic! Will keep you posted with regular pics of Rocco.

Reporting: day 2.  Peak ( we have re-named him Piki ) is settling in really well & is following us around everywhere. We are really impressed with your 'after-sales' service; however the couriered package didn't arrive until this morning & we were pleasantly surprised to see all that you sent; you are so professional. Poor Piki didn't have anything familiar to assist him through last night but he only woke up once but boy did he let us know about it.  Today we took him to our daughters place near Amberley to get him used to the car & to introduce him to her 2 dogs; a 13 year old Chihuahua & a 3 year old Golden Retriever. To say that there was a battle of wills would be today's under-statement but guess who came out as 'top dog' - problem sorted as far as Piki is concerned. He travelled well in the car & just loves to snuggle in to the passenger. We are just so pleased with our purchase.

Thanks so much Dianne & John for your very kind words and yes we also were disappointed that our couriered parcel took 4 days to reach you as we aim to have them there ahead of the puppies so they have something familiar for their first night but I guess the best laid plans can go astray.

Once again just wanted to say thank you for our cute 2 babies.
Mimi and Lala seem to be settling in quite nicely.
And they just love to play with that possum fur.
It definitely seems to be their favourite toy.
Looks like we are going to be having a very puppy centred life from here on in.

  Hi cheryl, sorry I haven't emailed you in a while, life is just so busy for us at the moment... Lacee is the most loveliest, friendliest and charming little girl ever...She loves the kids and just gets along with everyone... She could be round the other side of the yard exploring and as soon as i say "loo-loo" shes at my ankles.... She is the most loyal loving little companion for us... Loads of character she has all of us laughing.  I can not eat a pie around her she jumps all over me trying to get some... she is hilarious when my Dad's labrador lies down she runs up and down him like shes giving him a massage... I have not had one problem with her Cheryl, as she is absolutely perfect  ...thank you...   Emma C. & Family
